Purpose: The study is to investigate the effect of muscle energy technique for cervical shoulder problem in weightlifters. Method: 10 weightlifters who have cervical active range of motion limitation compared the other side less than 5 degrees participate the study. They are provided visual analog scale and measured cervical active rotation range of motion before and after intervention. Result: Cervical active range of motions are increased after intervention, but pain scales are not lowering significantly. Conclusion: Muscle energy technique can increase cervical active range of motion.
