阻力運動與有氧運動不同先後順序對膝伸肌肌力之影響

The Effect of Different Sequence of Resistance Exercise and Aerobic Exercise on Torque of the Knee Extensor Muscles

摘要


目的:探討一次性複合式運動中,阻力運動與有氧運動在不同順序下對伸膝肌力與神經肌肉活性之影響。方法:徵召9位健康男性受試者(24.4 ± 3.3歲,171.5 ± 5.2公分,68.5 ± 8.1公斤),接受四天的實驗,第一天測量最大攝氧量,第二天測量最大肌力,第三與第四天測量不同順序的複合式訓練,先阻力後有氧運動(resistance exercise+aerobic exercise, RA)測試時,在65% 1-RM肌力運動15分鐘後,立即實施65% VO_2max耐力跑30分鐘;先有氧後阻力運動(aerobic exercise+resistance exercise, AR)測試時,則與RA順序相反,內容相同,阻力運動包含了斜坐推蹬與俯臥腿後彎舉兩種。在運動前後觀察膝關節伸膝最大等長收縮時力矩值。結果:在伸膝肌力部分,進行RA時,後測顯著低於前測(後測:258.12±64.64,前測:288.30±66.59 N-m, p<.05),肌力下降程度顯著大於AR(RA:10.42,AR:2.16 %,p<.05)。結論:在一次性的有氧與阻力複合式運動後,雖然相同運動量,先進行阻力運動再進行有氧運動時,下肢伸肌肌群反應出肌力表現下降程度較多的情形。

Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigating the effect of different sequence of resistance exercise (RE) and aerobic exercise (AE) on maximal isometric torque of the knee extensors. Method: By randomized assignment, nine health males (24.4 ± 3.3 yr, 171.5 ± 5.2 cm, 68.5 ± 8.1 kg) completed resistance exercise + aerobic exercise (RA) and aerobic exercise + resistance exercise (AR). The RE included two exercises (leg extension and leg curl, repetitions at 60% 1RM with a 90-sec rest among all sets and exercise). The aerobic exercise was 65% V O_2max running for 30 minutes. Torque obtained during maximal voluntary. Results: The isometric torque developed by the knee extensor muscles during maximal voluntary contraction decreased significantly after RA (Pre-test: 258.12±64.64, Post-test: 288.30±66.59 N-m, p<.05). The reduction of the isometric torque was greater after RA than AR (RA: 10.42%, AR: 2.16 %, p<.05). Conclusion: Aerobic exercise after resistance exercise can lead more stimulation to lower body muscles.
