子宮體惡性血管旁類上皮細胞瘤：病例報告暨文獻回顧
Malignant Perivascular Epithelioid Cell Tumor of the Uterine Corpus: Case Report and Literature Review
摘要
子宮體惡性血管旁類上皮細胞瘤在所有婦科癌症中非常罕見，迄今僅約數十例的病例報告。我們報告一位老年女性，因為解尿及排便異常，被發現子宮腫大而接受手術。手術時切片疑有惡性細胞而行婦科減積手術。一個月後於陰道因疾病復發接受腫瘤切除，並發現肺部轉移，開始接受口服抑制劑，mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR)治療。追蹤至今八個月，肺部轉移病灶稍微變小，唯未再發現復發或其他轉移。

Perivascular epithelioid cell tumor (PEComa) of the uterine corpus is a rare tumor, with variably clinical behavior from benign to aggressive. We present an 80-year-old woman with uterine malignant PEComa and review the newly established classification criteria and reported cases of this rare malignant tumor of gynecologic tract.
