摘要

台灣婦科醫學會已經成立二十年，其宗旨在促進婦科醫學的研究、發展與教育，並增進國內外學術團體、醫院之合作與交流。在2015年9月13日，台灣婦科醫學會於台北榮民總醫院舉辦了首屆的國際研討會，會中邀請了十多位台灣的婦科專家以及來自日本、新加坡、菲律賓及中國的學者演講，討論關於婦科疾病的藥物及荷爾蒙治療在子宮內膜異位症、子宮肌瘤的角色、手術治療的進展，包括達文西手術、骨盆腔器官脫垂以及停經後婦女的照顧議題，內容精彩。本文特將其中的精華議題做一個整理。

The Taiwan Association of Gynecology (TAG) hosted the 1^(st) International Congress on September 13, 2015. Over 200 attendees were present with 12 speakers from 5 countries in Asia. There were three main themes in the meeting, including (1) medical treatment for gynecologic diseases (2) advanced surgery and (3) postmenopausal women. We discuss the essential issues from the meeting.
