子宮肌腺症轉變之子宮肌腺癌之個案報告及文獻回顧

A case of uterine adenocarcinoma arising from adenomyosis without endometrium involvement

摘要

在子宮肌肉層的子宮肌腺癌，發生惡性轉變成為子宮內膜樣子宮肌腺癌非常少見。一位60歲婦女，有持續約一年的陰道出血和腹部不適來院求診，陰道超音波發現子宮內膜厚度4毫米，子宮底部有一個4公分腫塊合併囊性變化。經腹腔鏡行全子宮切除和兩側卵巢輸卵管切除。標本切開後的子宮內膜完整，子宮底部肌肉層有一個4×3公分腫瘤。病理組織報告為原發性子宮體子宮內膜樣細胞腺癌，我們報告這個案例並做了文獻回顧。

Women with endometriosis and its variance-adenomyosis might have a high risk of the development of endometrial cancer. We report a 60-year-old woman who was diagnosed to have uterine endometrioid adenocarcinoma derived from the adenomyosis of the uterus. Pathology confirmed that endometrioid cancer was derived from adenomyosis located within the muscular layer of the uterus, but endometrial cavity was free of malignant cells. We would like to perform the literature review and discuss this rare disease.
