子宮頸癌接受合併化學放射線治療產生急性生殖道出血的成功處置經驗：個案報告及文獻回顧止血治療策略
Acute genital tract bleeding of cervical cancer receiving concurrent chemoradiotherapy: report of a case and review of hemostatic treatment strategy

Acute genital tract bleeding has been expected to occur in patients with cervical cancer or an adverse event of concurrent chemoradiotherapy. Here we presented a case of cervical squamous cell carcinoma FIGO stage IIIC1 underwent concurrent chemoradiotherapy, complicated with acute genital tract bleeding with successful treatment. Also, we review current evidence on hemostatic treatment option for acute genital tract bleeding under such circumstance.
