摘要

生理食鹽水灌洗和置放是婦科手術中常見的處置。生理食鹽水是一種含有氯化鈉的無菌水溶液，用於灌洗和清潔手術區域以降低感染風險。在婦科腹腔鏡手術過程中需要灌洗系統使用，可以將血塊沖掉移除。此外，在手術後腹腔內放置大量生理食鹽水，可能有助於減少手術部位表面的微小出血點以及防止手術後組織粘連形成。妥善的生理食鹽水運用在婦科手術中至關重要，若使用得當，可最佳化手術效果並減少併發症的風險。
