摘要

隨著休閒產業的開發，近年來國內休閒旅遊逐漸成為國人喜愛的方式，休閒產業已經慢慢往平民化發展，渡假區也開始重視顧客的需求以及偏好。休閒農場隨著觀光產業的興起，逐漸成為國人重要休閒旅遊去處。本研究目的在調查渡假村經營與管理滿意度，以自製問卷量表為研究工具，針對松田崗渡假村的團體遊客為受試對象進行研究。研究農場住宿的遊客進行研究調查，期望在經營管理上更了解這類型遊客的旅遊動機、住宿滿意度與遊憩行為等，藉此發現經營上應該改善加強的方向。台灣在渡假村的安全認知與相關的管理方式仍有疑慮，以致政府應推廣渡假村安全意識和標誌的顯眼度，以便提升渡假村的品質與遊客旅遊之安全保證，並能將渡假村的市場拓展出來。

With the development of the leisure industry in recent years, domestic leisure travel is becoming a favorite way of people, leisure industry has slowly developed into the civilian population, resort area is also starting to focus on customer needs and preferences. With the rise of casual farm tourism industry, people gradually become an important leisure and tourism destination. This study aims to investigate the operation and management satisfaction resort to homemade Scale questionnaire as a research tool to study for a group of tourists to the resort Matsuda Gang subjects. Research Farm accommodation of visitors conducting research, management expects the visitors a better understanding of this type of travel motivation, satisfaction and recreation Accommodation behavior, thereby strengthening the discovery should improve the operating direction. Taiwan still has doubts about the safety-related cognitive and resort management that the Government should promote safety awareness resort conspicuous degree and signs in order to increase the quality and safety assurance tourists tourism resort, and can ferry market expansion out of the resort.
