一般市售鞋子之低壓絕緣性能測試與探討

摘要


本文實際測試國內市售一般休閒鞋、安全鞋、運動鞋等非電氣用鞋,於不同鞋底(橡膠底、PU底等)對現場110或220伏特低壓電之絕緣性能如何,以了解若穿著該一般市售鞋,萬一誤觸現場110V或220V之低壓裸露帶電部分或漏電設備時,其造成電擊危險之風險。測試結果發現施加600V低電壓之測試,洩漏電流皆小於人體之反應電流值0.5mA,並且全部皆小於人體之脫離電流值5mA,亦小於一般線路洩漏電流要求標準1mA。雖國內市售一般橡膠底、PU底等之新品鞋子大都對110V或220V具有適當之絕緣性能,但鞋子之防護特性會因使用時所造成之刻痕、裂口、磨損或化學品污損等損壞,因此必須定期檢查,尤其是使用前之檢點,若發現嚴重磨損或損壞之鞋子就不應該使用。

This project conducted the insulation performance test of the general-purpose shoes to understand the risk of electric shock when the wearers touch the voltage of 110 or 220V. The result of the low-voltage insulation test of 600V is: all of the leakage current less than the reaction threshold(0.5mA) and the let-go threshold(5mA) of human body, also less than the insulating limit value(1mA) of the low voltage lines. The shoes that soles made from rubber or PU material are capable of the insulation of 110 or 220V, but those may be damaged due to nicks, cuts, abrasions or chemical contamination, so that the regular inspections and the visual inspections before use are necessary. Additionally, we should not use that worn and damaged soles.
