摘要

在教育新形势下，幼儿教师的核心素养发生了本质的变化。教育目标逐渐从“教书”转向“育人”，从“基础知识与技能”首先升级到“三维目标”，至今已经演变到“学科专业素养”。我们推崇的生态化教育包括四个“生”：生命、生活、生动与生成，因此也指向了现代教师的核心素养有知识、技能、能力和素养。

In the new situation of education, the core literacy of kindergarten teachers has undergone essential changes. The educational goal has gradually shifted from ＂teaching＂ to ＂education＂, from ＂basic knowledge and skills＂ to ＂three-dimensional goals＂, and has evolved to ＂disciplinary professionalism.＂ The ecological education that we respect includes four ＂beings＂: life, life, liveliness and generation, so it also points to the core literacy of modern teachers: knowledge, skills, abilities and accomplishments.
