摘要

研究呈現了四位年輕的男同性戀者作為同性戀身分在中國獨特的性文化背景下的敘事，講述了作為男同性戀者的生活經歷與所受到的壓力是如何互相影響的。根據敘說的故事，分離出了四個主題或階段：開始意識到自己的同性戀傾向；明確自己的同性戀取向；接受自己的同性戀身分；對未來的規劃。在不同階段，壓力的程度和來源各不相同，採用的壓力應對策略也不相同。本研究將進行後續的長期追蹤研究，以考察性文化之壓力認知的發展過程。

This study proposes the narrative of four male homosexuals who lives under the unique sex culture in China, and explores how their lives and the pressures they feel affects each other. Four themes or stages are drawn from the narrative: first recognition of their homosexual tendency; clarification of their homosexual tendency; acceptance of their homosexual identity; planning of the future. The pressures and sources in the four stages are different, and the strategies used also varied. Longitudinal research will be performed in the future to further explore the development of sex culture recognition.
