This qualitative research focuses on exploring how autobiography as one of dramatherapeutic approaches has impacted on youth empowerment in Taiwan. Through "The Young Ranger Project," this study reflects on an autobiography workshop in order to show how teenagers explored their life stories through the process of creating a fictional theatrical production. This research finds out that through this journey, those young participants have experienced telling their untold stories, noticing the differences between each other, walking into others' internal worlds, enriching aesthetical experiences, finding a way out of struggles in life, and furthermore becoming wounded healers for themselves and others.
