同行與轉化:心理治療歷程中雙方參與者的轉化

Walk With and Transform Together: The Transformation of Participants in the Psychotherapy Process

摘要


本研究目的在深度敘寫一位個案在心理治療歷程中的生命經驗與轉化情形,並說明治療者在此歷程中治療視框的轉變與反思。針對一位女性畏避型人格障礙個案70次的心理治療歷程敘說文本進行質性敘說研究,採用「類別—內容」的分析方式進行資料分析。研究結果發現參與者在過去成長過程中經驗到正、負向的生命經驗,呈現負面自我概念與自我批評。在心理治療歷程中,參與者逐漸從自我探索走向接納與整合。在治療者治療視框的轉變與反思上,治療者覺察實證主義應用在心理治療實務上的局限,並認為後現代合作取向治療能為助人者帶來有新意的知識。文末,就本研究結果進行討論與建議。

The purpose of this study were to intensively narrate the life experiences and transformation of a patient during the psychotherapy process, and discuss the change of treatment frame the therapist had applied and the therapist's reflections. A 30-year-old female patient, was diagnosed as avoidant personality disorder (AVPD), received 70 therapy sessions in two years. Therapy was conducted for 50 minutes at a time and recorded by tape, and was transcribed into a verbatim manuscript to analyze. Qualitatively narrative research was conducted. The results showed that the participant had experienced negative and positive life experiences, and presented negative self-concept and self-criticism. During the therapy, the participant gradually moved from self-exploration to more self-accepted and self-integrated. The therapist was aware of the limitations of the modernism applying on this psychotherapy practicing, and pointed out the postmodern collaborative therapy can bring new ideas to psychotherapy practicing. Finally, some implications for further research and practice were made.
