探究式教學應用於技術型高中專題製作課程之現況與省思

The Current Situation and Reflection of Inquiry-Based Teaching in Project Work Course at Technological High Schools

摘要


專題製作的主要目的是讓學生整合各門專業及實習科目課程所學,藉由專題製作,讓學生自主學習及解決問題。本研究目的旨在探討技術型高中專題製作課程教師實施探究式教學的現況、當前技術型高中實施專題製作課程的差異情形以及不同背景變項的教師在實施探究式教學的差異情形。本研究採用問卷調查法,以全國技術型高中實習主任為問卷調查對象,共發放250份問卷,回收有效問卷145份。經研究調查發現,目前技術型高中專題製作課程融入探究式教學的情形相當普遍,已達到中高程度,其中以評鑑階段最高,顯示教師帶領專題製作課程後,積極鼓勵學生將研究成果進行發表或參賽;而最低為分析階段,建議學校可加強引導學生找出研究結果潛藏的關係;而當前技術型高中專題製作課程的實施情形皆有差異,實施時間以「高三上至高三下」為最多、題目來源以「教師給予建議」為最多、材料費來源以「學校提供」為最多;而不同背景變項教師在探究式教學表現上沒有差異。依據研究發現,本研究建議,學校可加強與業界合作,透過業界輔導專題製作,將過去所學知識、技能,應用於專題製作中,進而達成專題製作目標,縮短學用落差。

The purpose of the project work course is to learn how to solve problems by combining the knowledge from courses and practices. This study is about the present situation of inquiry-based teaching technique being used in project work courses in technological high schools, different situation between project work in technological high schools and inquiry-based teaching with teachers who under different backgrounds. We hand out questionnaires. We target directors of technological high school’s intern programs and gave out 250 forms to fill. After denying invalid forms, 145 forms worth for reference. Through studies we found out that the combine of inquiry-based teaching with project work courses has become quite common and has now reached a mid-high stage, especially the evaluation stage, which means teachers are encouraging students to bring their researches to enter contests or to be published after courses. The lowest is shown in the analysis stage; in this case we advise schools to guide students to find the potentials answers of their research lead to. The practice of the project work course varies between schools, most schools hold related course during senior year, research projects are mostly assigned by teachers, and the budgets of researches are mostly paid by the school. On the other hand, the differences between teachers give little effect to the outcome of inquiry-based teaching. Study results lead to a few suggestions, we suggest schools to build a stronger bond with corporations, the help of corporations include knowledge, skills and experience, with all these combined, it is easier to acquire the target of project works and shrink the gap between knowledge and implementation.
