摘要


現今醫學教育的教學方法相當多,如何達到教學的成效,是臨床教師不間斷在研究的主題。而我們面對的學生或是聽眾,大多數是成人,了解成人學習的特性有助於我們的教學。講課有符合經濟效益,快速傳達訊息的優勢,如何利用這樣的授課方式,使學習者能更有收穫,是這篇文章想討論的目的。
