我國技職人材培育的問題與前瞻

摘要

我國是以出口為導向的島國經濟型態，技職人才的培育，一直以來隨著經濟的發展，扮演著人才庫的角色。近年由於全球產業的變遷，產業結構升級需求殷切，以及全球化的青年失業率居高不下，技職教育在失業率高漲的年代，因具有就業優勢的加持，逐漸炙手可熱。本文就技職教育人才培育現況，探討技職教育所面臨的人才培育問題，進一步研析技職人才培育的前瞻願景，以達成「提升國家競爭力，增進國民生活品質，促進永續發展，成為現代化國家」之整體國家發展願景。

For an export-oriented economies island like Taiwan, the cultivation of talent in technical and vocational education plays an important role. With the change and upgrade of global industry, and its youth high unemployment as consequence, technical and vocational education would be more relevant. By analyzing technical and vocational education status, we study the problems and effects of talent cultivation in the technical and vocational education.
