數位內容策展在大學校史館的協作與應用

The Collaboration and Application of Digital Content Curation in the University Archives

摘要


數位內容策展是指透過篩選機制,依主題方式將數位資源進行匯聚、精萃、洞察、混搭與時序化處理,經資訊組織後採用單一或結合多種方法呈現優質內容的過程。隨著數位科技的普及,大學校史館也開始應用數位策展以便多元化、即時化及互動化呈現校史檔案內容,藉此擴展觀展者的視野並希望拉近與受眾的距離。本文從數位內容策展的內涵及執行階段談起,探討大學校史館在數位內容策展之專家協作、群眾外包與虛實展覽間的協作關係,提供有關數位策展的發展原則,如何選擇好的數位策展工具,列舉數位內容策展在大學校史館較常見的應用方式,與幾個較具創新之數位內容策展型式,並針對數位策展規劃實務提出實施流程與方法上的建議,俾利於校史館從業人員日後規劃數位內容策展之參考。

Digital content curation refers to the process of concentrating, extracting, insighting, mashing and serializing digital resources based on the theme through a screening mechanism, and presenting high-quality content with a single or combined method after information organization. With the popularity of digital technology, the University Archives has begun to apply digital content curation to present school history archives diversified, immediacy and interactively, thereby expanding the vision of visitors and hoping to be closer to the audience. This article discusses the connotation and implementation stage of digital content curation, and the collaborative relationship among the experts, crowdsourcing and virtual-reality exhibition, and provides the development principles of digital content curation, and the way to choose the digital content curation tools. It also lists several applications, innovative styles of digital content curation, and recommends the implementation process and method for the digital curatorial planning practice, in order to provide a reference for the university archivists to plan the digital content curation in the future.
