Dynamic Optimization Design of Industrial Sewing Machine Needle Bar Mechanism

摘要


为了满足数控工业缝纫机对机构动平衡特性的要求,使用质量代换法对刺布机构进行优化设计并通过数学方法对设计方案进行验证。经过验证后,证实提出的优化设计方案有效降低了机构运转过程中产生的惯性力,对机构动平衡特性有优化作用。
