Several vibratory synchronization modes and their applications are proposed in present work, based on a vibrating bedstand with three coupled exciters. The general derivation process of dealing with problem on synchronization of multiple exciters in a far-resonant vibrating system, is given mathematically, by using the average method of small parameters. A vibrating synchronization bedstand with three coupled exciters is divided into 8 types synchronization modes, the experimental results and relevant applications corresponding to each synchronization mode are discussed in detail, which can lay a strong foundation for the construction of synchronization theory system with multiple exciters and controlled synchronization, as well as the theoretical guidance and supervision for the engineering design.
