Interprofessional education (IPE) and interprofessional collaborative practice (IPCP) are important for medical education in the 21st century. Competence-based medical education (CBME) emphasizes that learners can have the ability to perform entrustable professional activities (EPAs) after education and training. Healthcare professionals (HCPs) can have interprofessional collaborative practice competency through the IPE. This study introduces four assessment tools with good reliability and validity for the interprofessional collaborative practice competency of HCPs. The assessment tools can be used by medical institutions to understand the current status and education effectiveness of interprofessional collaborative practice competency of HCPs. Moreover, it is also beneficial for the feedback between both educators and learners.
