马来西亚马来文报章对一带一路的报道与认知

Reports and Perceptions on ＂Belt and Road Initiative＂ in Malaysia's Malay Newspapers

摘要

对中国持有正面印象的亚洲诸国当中，马来西亚居于前列。自“一带一路”提出以来，马来西亚朝野反应热烈。2015 年开始，各种基建项目相继开展推行，截至2016 年5 月31 日，“中心一城、东西两园、南北三路”的旗舰项目已然在列。若进一步细分，当可发现“一带一路”受政府高层及华社的欢迎，但国内马来社群的反应似乎稍微冷淡。本文尝试以本地马来文报章对“一带一路”及相关的报道和讨论为基础，通过整理、对比和分析上述资料探析一些头绪和端倪。而如何与马来社群展开深度的人文合作项目相信也能从同一个研究中获得，将一并在论文中提出及讨论。

Malaysia leads the Asian countries in having a positive impression on China. Since the introduction of the Belt and Road Initiative, it has been received with enthusiastic response in Malaysia. Since 2015, various infrastructure projects have been carried out. As of 31 May 2016, flagship projects such as ＂A City at the centre, Two Parks at East and West Coast, Three Railways from North to South＂ have been listed. Nevertheless, despite that the ＂Belt and Road Initiative＂ has been well received among the high ranking officials in the government and the Chinese community, the response of the local Malay community seems to be lukeward. This paper attempts to collate, compare and analyse the reports and discussion of ＂Belt and Road Initiative＂ in the local Malay newspapers. The paper will also explore and discuss how to carry out more in-depth collaboration projects within the Malay community.
