Taiwan industries should begin to proceed with next-generation industrial transition in the wave of globalization. To survive in the competition, firms need to possess core competences in the era of knowledge economy. Besides, technological innovation and value creation are indispensable essentials for firms to enable sustainable operation. Observing the business models of successful global companies, international disintegration and differential marketing strategies are major applications for business strategies. Besides, global logistics and service platform are embed in their high value-added activities for value creation. Under such competition and threaten, Taiwan industries should seize the opportunity of industrial connection and further intensify the concept of value innovation.
