產業環境影響台灣紡織產業創業家創業歷程中隨創力展現之研究:以儒鴻公司為例

Industry Environment impact on Bricolage and Entrepreneurial Process of the Taiwan Textile Industry Entrepreneurs: A case study of Eclat

摘要


因應產業多變的環境,創業家如何在創業歷程中,透過隨創力巧妙運用身邊有限的資源扭轉企業危機,並轉化為企業成長的動力,是本研究欲探討的議題。創業時常遭遇到許多危機,本研究以Baker and Nelson(2005)隨創的三項特質,探討創業家解決問題的手法,以歸納出創業家的思考模式及策略佈局運作方式。Robinson(1998)指出產業特性和環境變化對於企業成長有顯著性的影響,故本研究將產業環境變化納入個案探討。本研究為初探性研究,以敘說研究法挖掘儒鴻企業創業發展歷程中在遭遇困難時,如何運用巧智及隨創力解決問題。研究發現創業各階段創新用途的資源重組方面,往往都是公司最重要的創新的關鍵;就地取材而來的資源多來自利用社會網絡資源的協助以及將舊有的資源活化來達成目標;而將就著用則多在組織面臨緊急危難時的危機處理方式。

The goal of this study is to find out how entrepreneurs through their bricolage, in using limited on-hand resources to turn around the crisis or converters useable resources into firm's growth each entrepreneurial stage, under fast changing industrial environment. Industrial environment also affect entrepreneurial decision making process, it will change into the industrial environment case analysis. This study uses Baker & Nelson (2005) bricolage framework to investigate entrepreneurs operations under their thinking model as strategic intent. This is an exploratory study using narrative inquiry to find out the bricolage story of Eclat. We have found that recombination of resources for new purposes, often the key of firms innovation; resource at hand, usually use social network to problem solving or reuse resource at hand to reach the goal; making do, treatment crisis emergency distress which Organization faces. According to our analyzed we wish to offer Taiwan textile industry entrepreneurs to use which bricolage characteristics doing innovation response foundation.
