本研究透過整合國內外現有「綠建築」與「綠色旅館」等相關評估指標,並以環保署「環保旅館標章」評鑑內容為作為根基,建立「綠色旅館量化評量指標」評估準則。本準則初步歸納出綠色旅館大致可分綠色旅館(包含渡假村與農場)、綠色運輸、綠色商店/採購、綠色標章認證與員工參與及溝通等五大面向,為了符合綠色旅館的發展方向為基本原則,首先依據構面屬性分別研擬出117 個量化評量指標群。其次,經模糊德爾菲(FDM)法結合、重要度-績效度分析(IPA)法、成對樣本t 檢定及結構方程式模式(SEM)等資料分析,最後完成篩選計32 個量化評量指標群作為綠色旅館量化評估準則,以俾未來政府與業界對於評估準則中各項評量指標執行上的重要性與適切性。本研究的結果,明確顯示酒店管理者可以協調各相關政府部門制定政策,建構酒店業的管理模式與考核指標,並以提高酒店的環境管理狀況。
To establish evaluation indicators of green hotel in Taiwan, the evaluation indicators of green buildings and green hotel, developing energy conservation carbon reduction indicators, were integrated in this study. The guidelines summarize of green hotel could be preliminary divided into five dimensions, including green hotel(resorts and farms), green transportation, green store /purchasing, green mark certification, and employee participation and communication. In order to accordance with the direction of the basic development principles of a green hotel, above all twenty-five qualitative expert interviews were conducted with senior hotel managers, environmental specialists, and consumers to construct elaboration 117 quantization assessment criteria group were screen out based on the properties of the facets. Finally, deemed to green hotel quantitative assessment criteria, 32 quantitative indexes were screened out using Fuzzy Delphi (FDM) method combined with the degree of Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method, paired samples t-test and structural equation model (SEM) data analysis. Simultaneously, for government and industry, the importance and relevance of implementation in the evaluation criteria can be served in the future. The results of this study are indicated explicitly that hotel managers can coordinate the policy formulated by relevant government authorities, to construct the management model and assessment indicators for the hotel industry and to improve the hotel's environmental management conditions.
