大台北地區居家托育人員服務據點空間分佈之研究

因應全國少子化對於居家托育保母的衝擊影響，衛生福利部社區及家庭署托育媒合平台統計大台北地區居家托育保母有8,304人，至目前為止已有5,435人有居家托育紀錄。本研究以衛生福利部社區及家庭署托育媒合平台統計居家托育保母人員為基礎，依據個人居家托育保母的服務等級程度，進行地理資訊系統熱點與克利金空間統計分析，以了解大台北地區居家托育保母的服務據點空間分佈現況。研究結果顯示大台北地區的居家托育保母人員多數集中在市中心，並利用地理資訊系統分析的克利金法，推估台北及新北地區各區的居家托育保母分佈以台北市的北投、士林、大同、中山等4個區域為最多，在進一步以熱點分析進行服務等級密集程度推估，結果顯示大台北地區服務年資最資深的居家托育保母人員集中在三重區、板橋區、中山區、大安區交界處，其次士林區、內湖區、南港區及文山區交界處。

The impact of the national birth rate is getting lower and lower on home care nurses. According to statistics from the Ministry of Health and Welfare Community and Family Affairs Bureau Nursing Matching Platform, there are 8,304 home care nurses in the Greater Taipei area. So far, 5,435 people have home care. Breeding records. This study is based on the statistics of home-based child care nanny personnel on the Ministry of Health and Welfare Community and Family Administration's child care matching platform, and based on the service level of individual home child care nanny, GIS hotspots and Kriging spatial statistical analysis are carried out to understand the major Spatial distribution of service bases for home-based child care mothers in the Taipei area. The results of the study show that most of the home care nurses in the Greater Taipei area are concentrated in the city center, and using the Kriging method of geographic information system analysis, it is estimated that the distribution of home care nurses in Taipei and districts in New Taipei is as follows: Shilin, Beitou, Datong and other four regions are the most. In the further analysis of hotspots, the intensity of service levels is estimated. The results show that the most senior home-based nursery staff in the Greater Taipei area are concentrated in Sanchong District, Banqiao District, and Zhongshan District. The junction of Shilin District and Daan District, followed by the junction of Shilin District, Neihu District, Nangang District and Wenshan District.
