台南市褓姆職業工會導入TTQS產學研究計畫

摘要


本研究以個案研究方式,針對台南市褓姆職業工會與南台科技大學所進行之產學合作研究計畫,計畫中採用資料文件分析法,收集相關文件資料分析來探討TTQS評核機制運作、評核所提供之相關佐證資料及評核分數落差未來應改善事項。經由研究結果顯示以下結論:一、TTQS訓練品質評核系統運作方式為依適用對象分四種版本、以PDDRO五大構面19項評核指標為評核工具、依評核結果(分數)分牌,二、19項評核指標項目佐證文件依據人才發展品質管理手冊之表單、辦法、流程等呈現。三、依據預估分數高於實際評核分數之指標項目作為未來改善事項之依據。

This study uses a case study method to focus on the industry-university cooperation research project carried out by the Tainan Nanny Professional Union and South Taiwan University of Science and Technology (STUST) , data file analysis method used in the plan , the collection of relevant documents and data analysis to discuss the operation of the Talent Quality-management System (TTQS) evaluation mechanism, the relevant supporting information that the evaluation should provide, and the issues that should be improved in the future for the gap in the evaluation score. Through the results of study, the following conclusions are, First, TTQS operates in four versions according to the applicable object, with TTQS five structures and 19 evaluation pointers as evaluation tools, according to the evaluation results and so on. Second, the supporting documents of the 19 evaluation index items are presented based on the forms, methods, and procedures of the talent development quality management manual. Third, the index items whose estimated scores are higher than the actual evaluation scores are used as the basis for future improvements.
