摘要

我國技職教育是為了配合國內產業結構屬勞力密集，供應之基層技術人力。之後為配合政府發展技術密集工業，擴充高職教育和專科教育，以提升基層技術人力及培養中級實用之專業人才。在許多競爭及政策改革的推擠之下，國內的技職教育必須建立自己的特色，增強學術實力，提供良好的學習環境及機會，才能於國際市場上立足。

The technical and vocational education was to cooperate with the domestic industrial structure, which was labor-intensive and provide with basic-level technical manpower. Subsequently, in order to cooperate with the development of technology-intensive industries in our country, it expanded higher vocational education and specialized education to enhance basic-level technical manpower and cultivate mid-level practical professionals. Under the pressure of multi competitions and policy reform, the domestic technical and vocational education must establish its own characteristics, enhance academic strength, and provide beneficial learning environment and opportunities with a view to gain a foothold in the international market.
