就業力之回顧與前瞻

摘要

就業力一直以來都是備受矚目的議題，此一概念關係到個人前程發展、組織的績效、甚至國家的興旺。然而，面對台灣高等教育人才快速擴張，但就業力並非跟著成長的事實，為目前台灣企業們有目共睹的問題。因此就業力的相關概念與因應措施實應再行探討。本研究藉由過往文獻的分析與彙整，形成統整性的研究架構，並與就業力之相關理論進行比較與分析，最後嘗詴提出就業力的實務意涵以及未來之研究發展方向以供後續研究做參考。

Employability has always been high-profile issues, this concept is related to the personal future development, organizational performance, and even thriving state. However, faced with the rapid expansion of higher education in Taiwan, but with the development of the employability is not the fact that, for the current Taiwan enterprises have obvious problems. This study compared with the theoretical analysis and related employability, the last attempt to force the practical implications of proposed employment and future research directions for future research reference.
