摘要
遠距工作已不是新興的議題，是一於1970年代就已出現且逐漸發展的工作型態。由於最近新型冠狀肺炎疫情（COVID-19）燃燒，使其重新成為許多學者及業界關注的焦點。本文將透過文獻回顧法，整理並統整出過去國外與遠距工作相關的研究。首先回顧遠距工作的沿革與概念，進一步說明各學者對遠距工作的定義，進而探討遠距工作可能造成的結果。並依過去學者的研究，歸納出遠距工作進行的形式、地點類型、測量方式、相關理論，以及所面臨到的挑戰等等，最終依據本研究探討之結果，提出結論與未來研究方向，期許國內在遠距工作相關的研究上能有更多啟發，以及提供實務建議供後續管理者參考。
