男、女手球選手知覺教練領導行為對自發性行為相關之研究

The Effect of Perceived Coach's Leadership Behavior on the Voluntary Behavior of Handball Players of Both Genders

摘要


本研究旨在探討手球選手知覺教練領導行為對選手自發性行為的影響。研究對象分別為87位男子手球選手與34位女子手球選手,共計取樣121人,有效回收率96.03%。研究工具為研究者修編之「手球選手知覺教練領導行為」與「自發性行為」兩個量表。本研究採用問卷調查法,回收之有效樣本依研究目的進行描述性統計與逐步多元迴歸等統計法分析。研究結果發現,1.教練的民主行為與獎勵行為對男子選手的自發性「參與行為表現」有正面影響力;教練的專制行為對男子選手的自發性「合作行為表現」有正面的影響;教練的訓練與指導及民主行為對男子選手的自發性「忠誠度行為表現」有正面影響。2教練的民主行為對女子選手的自發性「參與行為表現」有正面影響力;教練的專制行為對女子選手的自發性「合作行為表現」有正面的影響;教練的民主行為對女子選手的自發性「忠誠度行為表現」有正面影響。最後根據研究結果,提供手球教練之參考,亦對後續研究者提出建議。

This study is aimed to explore the effect of perceived coach's leadership behavior on handball player's voluntary performance behavior. The participants included 87 male and 34 female handball players. From the sampled 121 players, 96.03% of the recovered data were effective. Research tools were two scales adapted by this researcher: "perceived coach's leadership behavior" and "voluntary behavior." Questionnaire survey was adopted to collect data and the effective samples were analyzed statistically, using descriptive statistics and multiple stepwise regression analysis. The following are the findings: 1. Coach's democratic behavior and positive feedback have a positive effect on male players' voluntary "cooperative behavior"; Coach's autocratic behavior has a positive effect on male players' voluntary "cooperative behavior"; Coach's "training and directing" and "democratic behavior" have a positive effect on male players' voluntary "loyal behavior." 2. Coach's democratic behavior has a positive effect on female players' voluntary "participating behavior"; Coach's autocratic behavior has a positive effect on female players' "cooperative behavior"; Coach's democratic behavior has a positive effect on female players' voluntary "loyal behavior." The findings above can serve as good reference for coaches, and some suggestions are also offered for further research.
