摘要

У статті розглянуто спрощення судових процедур та скорочення судових витрат як взаємопов’язані складові доступності правосуддя, що безпосередньо впливають на ефективність забезпечення права на справедливий суд. Доведено, що посилення правотворчої і правозастосовної роботи за цими напрямками сприятиме покращенню гарантій забезпечення права на справедливий суд на сучасному етапі.
