This study focused on Kim Jong Han with the local theory in a latest period of Japanese Imperialism. For this purpose, two concepts will be invoked as. The 'locality' and 'home-land', it is. Two concepts that they can be used if mutually supplementary, together we also will argue the necessity of a problem of colonial sublime. Although, is mainly discussed a poet Kim Jong Han, it is not a full-fledged Kim Jong Han. In other word, this article is not a theorization of Kim Jong Han's poet. However, The point that the home-land theory of the late colonial period is related with recent colonial discourse and the point of connection with the concept of the sublime metaphor is to b important, To explore that point, he is figured in this paper. Therefore, this article is synchronized to the recent discourse of locality as written, the discourse considered likely with a few ideas for putting a formal intention to discuss the subject line that can be customized. Thus, locality, home-land, localism, new localism, colonial sublime ect. is to be important.
