自本省北部火力發電廠採取取之飛灰,除細度及燒失量不符標準外,餘皆合於規範。經初步試驗,可代替30%之水泥,并改進其品質。飛灰加於水泥中,可降低水泥之膨脹率,增強其耐壓與抗折強度,減少游離石灰量,并無損於水泥之固性,雖凝固時間稍延長,但仍合於標準。
Soundness, expansion, free lime as well as bending and compressive strength of fly ash-cement have been investigated. Results showed that fly ash from Taiwan Power Corporation can meet the requirement of A.S.T.M. and U.S.B.R. specifications and 30% of fly ash could be used to substitute cement giving definite improvement in cementing properties.
