葡萄糖酸之製造

Preparation of Gluconic Acid by Fermentation of Glucose

摘要


本實驗係利用黑黴菌NRRL-3 之高生酸力,並採用二段醱酵法,作各種實驗以決定由葡萄糖製造葡萄糖酸之工業條件。結果以震盪或轉動預備醱酵及通氣浸沉攪動主醱酵為最適合條件,不但節省動力,且生產力可達92%。

In a previous paper the authors had reported that best way for the preparation of gluconic acid by fermentation of glucose was vibration and rotation of the fermentation solution in the pre-fermentation stage, and then stirred it during principal fermentation stage. Further studies have been made in order to facilitate large scale production. The results agreed with those reported before. 92 gms. of gluconic acid could be obtained from 100 gms. of glucose.
