臺灣產烏心石中二種新植物鹼之結構與Yellow Poplar樹中Liriodenine之結構
The Structure of the Two New Alkaloids in Michelia compressa var. formosana and the Structure of Liriodenine in Yellow Poplar Tree
摘要
由臺灣產烏心石之心材分離二種新植物鹼，定名為micheline A 及micheline B。Micheline A 受氧化，則生成micheline B。由micheline A 及micheline B 之各種反應生成物以及其光譜等，將micheline A 之結構決定為(-)-7-hydroxy-roemerine (VII)，而micheline B 之結構確定為7-keto-4, 5, 6, 6a-dehydro-anonaine (VI)，同時決定liriodenine係與micheline B 同一物。
