應用釩鉬酸鹽試劑光電比色法測定磷質肥料含磷量之研究

Photometric Vanadomolybdate Determination of Phosporus in Several Phosphatic Fertilizers

摘要


磷肥工業界測定磷肥含磷量,向多採用容積法爲複雜費時。前人建議採用簡便之釩鉬酸鹽試劑光電比色方法,以分析數種磷礦或磷肥所得結果,證明此法頗爲準確可靠,並可適用於磷肥工廠之例常管制分析。已發表報告迄未譴及此法在熔製磷肥,化成氮磷肥料及磷酸二鈣等磷質肥料之應用。試驗應用三種光電比色計,以測定四種熔製磷肥,三種磷酸二鈣,二種化成氮磷肥料,及種氰氮化鈣及熔製磷肥混合肥料之含磷量,共總P_2O_5及檸檬酸骏不溶性P_2O_5。含量自2~55%不等。分析結果與前人所得結果相符,並證實比色計特性,光源波長,溶液濃度及溫度對分析結果之準確性頗有影響;如各種因素控制得宜,比色法之準確性與容積法相近。因此法應用時簡便省時,且所需費用較低,可適合磷肥工廠例常分析之用。

Three types of photometers were used in the determination of total and/or citrateinsoluble P_2O_5 contents of seventeen phosphate samples, including four fused phosphates, three dicalcium phosphates, two nitro-phosphates as well as eight cyanamide and fused phosphate mixtures. The total and citrate-insoluble P_2O_5 contents of samples varied from 2~55%. The use of the photometric method for the analysis of these fertilizers has "not been reported in the chemical literature. Most of the results agreed closely with those by the volumetric method. The three photometers did not yield results with the same accuracy. For best results, care must be taken in the selection of light wavelength, the adjustment of solution concentration and temperature control during determination, The photometric method is a time-saving. less expensive and .yet sufficiently accurate method for routine analysis.
