聚醯胺層之色層分析法 第五報 應用於氯黴素及其衍生物
Studies on the Polyamide Layer Chromatography V. Application to Chloramphenicol and its Derivatives
摘要
聚醯胺層之色層分析法應用於含有NO_2 □基之 p-nitroacetophenone chloramphenicol 及其succinate，palmitate之衍生物之確認，得到良好結果。進而應用於chloramphenicol及其衍生物之製劑(片劑、粒劑、針劑)亦獲得同樣良好之結果。
