應用Steroidal Sapogenin之薄片色層分析於臺灣產薯蕷屬(Dioscorea)植物成分之初步研究

摘要


將歷來利用薄片色層分析對steroidal sapogenin所作之研究加以整理,列成一表。經進一步之實驗得知,在矽膠之薄層上以CHCI_3-MeOH (97 : 3 )為展開溶媒時,不論對sapogenin間之互相分離或與其他固醇間之分離均甚合理想。至於其他固醇之互相分離,薄片色層分析不易得到良好之效果,但可藉氣體色層分析以達成之。所用八種人工栽培之臺灣產薯蕷屬植物之sapogenin部份經長管色層分析之逐步分離後,用薄片色層分析與標準樣品比較,發現除含有多量之固醇外,尚未檢出sapogenin之存在。固醇部份以3% SE-30氣體色層分析管進一步分成四個部份,經初步之認定為β-sitosterol,stigmasterol, cholesterol與另一未知成份。

Thin-layer chromatographic data of steroidal sapogenins were reviewed. Our extensive studies on search of more suitable solvent systems showed that a system of Chloroform-Methanol (97:3) was the most effective system for the separation of sapogenins from each other as well as from sterols. For sterols thin-layer chromatography was found to be tedious and unreliable but gas chromatographic separation on 3% SE-30 column gave satisfiable results. Tubers of eight cultivated species out of 19 Formosan Dioscorea were examined. All of them gave sterols (β- sitosterol, stigmasterol, cholesterol and an unknown fraction) as main components but none or very small amount, if any, of steroidal sapogenin was detected.
