本報告依照前報尼龍-6硫酸溶液粘度研究之實驗方法,觀察蟻酸溶媒流動特性以及檢討各測定因素對於尼龍-6蟻酸溶液粘度之影響,並求出尼龍-6之固有粘度、固有粘度實驗式以及尼龍-6硫酸或蟻酸溶液粘度間之相互關係。於本報告中特選用高低兩種試樣濃度配製溶液,做爲測定值之比較並建議使用1.0g/100cc 90%蟻酸之試樣溶液測定其相對粘度,則不必考慮粘度計常數與溶液、溶媒密度,實不失爲大家共同可接受之濃度規定。
According to the method which was described at previous report, the influence of various measuring factors on the solution viscosity of NYLON 6 in formic acid was investigeted. The fluidity characteristics of formic acid in Ostwald viscosimeter and the comparison of fluidity of sulfuric acid, formic acid, and meta-cresol were also studied. The intrinsic viscosity and its emperical formula of NYLON-6 was presented, furthermore, the relationship between relative viscosity of NYLON-6 in 96%sulfuric acid and 90% formic acid was discussed together. It was suggested that we had better to fix the concentration of NYLON-6 formic acid solution at 1.0g per 100 cc of acid, in order to determine the relative viscosity of NYLON-6, therefore, it: could be without considering the viscosimeter coefficient, and both density of solution and solvent.
