柑橘中乙烯二溴農藥殘量之氣相層析法
Gas Chromatographic Determination of Ethylene Dibromide in and on Citrus Fruits
摘要
使用Aerograph Pestilyzer Medol 680，以Varian Aerograph Chem. W 60/80 5% QF-1爲擔體，在分離管溫度30°C（分離管爲5'X1/8＂ Pyrex tube）及氮氣流速50ml/min之條件下，檢定柑橘中乙烯二溴農藥殘量之方法業經建立，其方法簡易迅速，敏感度高達0.005μg，且對於柳橙及碰柑之回收率達94及88%，適用於出口柑橘之農藥殘量檢驗。

A simple and rapid gas chromatographic determination of ethylene dibromide pesticide residue in and on citrus fruits was described. The conditions were summarized as follows: 100 gram of sample was extracted with 100 ml of ether and after treating by clean up procedure, the solution was injected to 5'x1/8＂ Pyrex coloum equipped in Aerograph Pestilyzer Model-680 using Varian Aerograph Chrom W 5% QF-1 (60 to 80 mesh) as supportor. The pestilyzer was then operated at column temperature of 30°C and nitrogen carrier gas flow rate of 50 ml per minute. The method showed good sensitivity of 0.005μg and recovery ratios of 88% for mandarin orange and 94% for sweet orange.
