摘要


就我國現行法定外合成防腐劑:水楊酸、樹脂酚、乙-萘酚、5-硝基-2-呋喃丙烯醯胺、5-硝基-2-呋喃縮氨脲、2-(2-呋喃)-3-(5-硝基-2呋喃)丙烯醯胺、對羥苯甲酸、對羥苯甲酸甲酯、對羥苯甲酸異丙酯及對羥苯甲酸異丁酯以及法定品:對羥苯甲酸乙酯、對羥苯甲酸丙酯、對羥苯甲酸丁酯、苯甲酸、去水四醋酸、已二烯酸以甲基萘醌等十七種合成防腐劑羣經以矽氧膠薄層行薄層色層分析做分離檢出之研究,得悉以較高級烷屬化合物(C_nH_(2n+) n =6~8)與苯氯仿及醇類組合之溶媒系,井以二組發色試液為檢出劑,可得良好之分離確認效果,其敏感度極度(0.05~5.0μg),亦可適應混合製劑及食品分析上之應用。

Separation of 17 kinds antiseptics such as resorci ne, nitrofrazone, 5•nitro-2-furylacrylamide, p.hydroxybenzoic acid, mathyl-p-hydroxybenzoate, 2-(2-furyl)-3-(5nitro2- furyl) acrylamide, ethyl-p-hydroxybenzoate, propyl-p-hydroxybenzoate, isopropyl-P. hydroxbenzoate, butyl.p-hydroxbenzoate, isobu tyl-p-hydroxbenzoate, β-naphthol, salicylic acid, dehydroacetic acid, sorbic acid, benzoic acid and methyl-naphthoquinone has been investigated by thin-layer chromatographic method. Higher grade alkanes (C_nH_(2n+2) n=6~8), benzene, chloroform and alcohols are found to be the most preferable solvents and dichlorofluorescence, ferric chloride and diazo-benzidine detecting agents. The method can be effectively applied in the identification and differentiation of those antiseptics in mixed agents .and in foodstuffs. The sensitivity is 0.05~5.0 μg.
