摘要


將差別熱解析法(DTA)應用於間二甲苯與甲醛之非等溫附加縮合反應,以求出反應級數、速度常數、活化能及頻率因數等動力學的數據。在不同條件下所得DTA曲線,根據Borchardt-Daniels之方法加以解析,得知間二苯與甲醛之反應為二級反應,活化能23.6 Kcal/mole,,頻率因數6.6 x 10^(13)l/mole.min;反應中間體2, 2', 4, 4'-四甲基二苯甲烷與甲醛之反應級故亦為二級,活化能22.8 Kcal/mole,頻率因數3.6 x 10^(13) l/mole.min。後者之反應速度約大於前有6倍。Kissinger法不適合於本反應之解析。

Differential thermal analysis (DTA) was applied to the non-isothermal addition-condensation of m-xylene with formaldehyde to determine the kinetic quantities, such as the reaction rate constant, the reaction order, the activation energy, and the frequency factor. The DTA curves obtained under different conditions were' analyzed by Borchardt-Daniels method. The results showed that the react ion of m-xylenee with formaldehyde is the second order with activation energy 23.3 Kcal/mole and frequency factor 6.6 x 10^(13) l/mole min. The reaction of 2,2',4,4'-tetramethyl diphenylmethane with formaldehyde also follows a second order rate law, and the activation energy and frequency factor are estimated to be 22.8 Kcol/mole and 3.6 x 10^(13) l/mole min, respectively. The theory of Kissinger is not suitable for t he analysis of the DTA curves of the present reaction.
