From the mass spectra data of methane and its derivatives, the order of molecular ion peaks are obviously presented as CCl_4<CHCl_3<CH_2Cl_2<CH_3Cl<CH_4. Such phenomena may be explained by azimuthal partial dipole moment analysis.
