中藥製劑中摻用之西藥原料之檢驗法檢討 第三報 中藥「調經」丸中摻用之鎮痛成分及女性激素之檢索
Detection of the Synthetic Analgesics and Estrogens Embraced in the Native Crude Drug for Menoxemia
摘要
對中藥「調經」丸中摻用之強化成分，利用薄層色析、紫外光及紅外光吸光分析法，建立一可行性之檢驗法，同時對十六種市售丸劑加以檢索，結果顯示其中有三種含aminopyrine，一種含phenacetin，但尚無檢出含有女性激素者。

A pragmatic methods using TLC, UV, and IR absarption, were established to detect the synthetic analgesics and estrongeni'c hormones added to the Chinese crude drug for menoxemia as adulterants. The method was applied to 16 crude drugs on the market. The results showed that three of the preparations contain aminopyrine and one the phenacetin. No estrogenic hormone was detected in these samples.
