合成五種具有2',6'-二甲氧基之新黃酮類化合物。

As a part of our research programme on anti-tumor flavanoids , six new compounds (3~7) bearing an unique 2', 6'-dimethoxy-B-ring which similar to zapotin have been synthesized as following scheme: 2'-hydroxy-2, 6, 3', 4', 6'-pentamethoxychalcone (3) was prepared by condensing 2-hydroxy-3, 4, 6-trimethoxyacetophenone (1) with 2, 6- dimethoxybenzaldehyde (2). The chalcone (3) was then converted to corresponding flavanone (4), 3- hydroxyfiavanonol, (5), flavone (6 and 7).
