Phosalon之比色定量法
A Colorimetric Method for the Determination of Phosalon
摘要
利用phosalon之dithiophosphate chelate compound之呈色鑑定phosalon。本法簡單易行，較具特異性，敏感度0.1μg/ml，確認限度0.2ppm。適於phosalon之一般製劑及農藥殘量之多種分析用途。

A colorimctric method for the dctermination of phosalon by the formation of dithiosphophates chelate compound was discussed. The method was rather specific, simple, easy to carry out and suitable for the determination of phosalon both in commercial preparation and residue in or on the plant, with the sensitivity of 0.1μg/ml and minimum limit of identification of 0.2 ppm.
