龍眼花化學成份之研究

Studies on the Chemical Constituents of Euphoria Longana

摘要


龍眼花的正己烷萃取物,在柱形層析中,先以正己烷溶洗後,再以氯仿溶洗,此二種溶洗液蒸乾後,分別待到一白色之晶體,從正己烷中得到之晶體,熔點為122~136°C,從氯仿中得到之晶體,熔點為126-139°C,類固醇試驗(Liberman Buchard)為陽性反應。由氣相層析一質譜儀之分離,得知二者均為兩種固醇之混合物。此二種固醇之分子式皆為C_(29)H_(48)O,其一為豆固醇(stigonasterol),熔防170°C,另一為黑藻固醇(fucosterol),熔點124°C。在正已烷分出之固醇中,黑藻固醇與豆固醇之比為60%:40%。在氯仿中若為58%:42%。上述二者由GC-MS之光譜得到證明。

Euphoria Longana is a very common plant in south Taiwan. It's flowers have the effect of treating leucohrrea^1. The components of the flowers have not investigated before. Now the flowers are extracted with n-hexane, then seperated by column chromatography. A mixture of stigmasterol and fucosterol is obtained from the n-hexane eluent and chloroform eluent respectively. Both sterols have the same molecular formula C_(29)H_(48)O, and a close melting point (for stigmasterol is 170°C and fucosterol is 124°C). They differ only in the position of double bond in C_(17) side chain. They are identified by GC-MS spectrum. The ratio of stigmasterol to fucosterol is calculated by HP intergrator. The ratio is 40%: 60% in n-hexane eluent, and 42% : 58% in chloroform eluent.
