摘要

使用甲醇：正了醇：氯仿：醋酸=10：10：10：1，正丙醇：甲醇：甲醇：氨水=10：20：3：10，8%酒石酸之氯仿飽和溶液為展開劑；碘蒸氣，0.25%氯化亞錫鹽酸溶液，2% p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde溶液，過錳酸鉀硫酸溶液為呈色劑；Avicel和silica gel之混合物(1：1)為吸著劑，對各種抗生素作薄層色析法鑑別，其方法不僅簡易迅速，敏感度，分離效果好，呈現之斑點顏色易於觀察區別，且玻片薄層製備容易不易脫落，保存性良好，適合市面上所有抗生素之系統分析。

A simple and rapid thin layer chromatographic method for the systematic detection of antibiotics, employing methyl alcohol: n-butyl alcohol: chloroform: acetic acid= 10 : 10 : 10 : 1, n-propanol : methyl alcohol : ammonia water: water=10 :20 : 3 : 10, 8% tartaric acid saturated with chloroform as the developers and vapor, iodine, 2% stannous chloride hydrochloride acid solution , 0.2% p-dimethyl aminobenzaldehyde solution, potassium permanganate sulfuric acid solution as the color reagent and Avicel silica gel, 1 by 1 as absorbent was studied. Sodium cephalothin, cephaloridin, cephalexin monohydrate, sodium cephapirin , cephradine, sodium cefazolin, sodium cephacetrile, erythromycin estolate, erythromycin lactobionate, erythromycin stearate, spiramycin, leucomycin, josamycin, triacetylolendomycin, rifampicin, sodium ampicillin, sodium epicillin, benzathin penicillin G, sodium penicillin G, carbenicillin disodium, sodium oxacillin, hetacillin, meticillin sodium monohydrate, chloramphenicol, chloramphenicol palmitate, chlora mphenicol sodium succinate, chloramphenicol glycinate sulfate, tetracycline HCl, oxytetracycline HCl, rolitetracycline, minocycline HCl, chlortetracycline, doxycycline, methacycline HCl, streptomycin sulfate, kanamycin sulfate, neomycin sulfate, gentamicin sulfate, colistin methane sulfonate, bacitracin, lincomycin HCl, clindamycin HCl were separated with good results in sensitivies, reproducibility and multiple color change in the spots. The Avicel-silica gel plates are prepared more easily and stably than any other kind of plate such as silica or alumina. This method is suitable for the systematic identification of all kind of antibiotics which are commonly used in clinics.
