摘要

在氮氣環境下，以三氯磷醯爲催化劑，使兒茶酚與一氯乙酸發生Friedel-Crafts反應産生α-氯-3,4-二羥基苯乙酮(1)，然後以甲胺處理時，經4-甲胺鹽(2)，産生3,4-二羥基-α-甲胺基苯乙酮(3)，產物的總收率以兒茶酚計可達92%。

Friedel-Crafts acylation of pyrocatechol with monochloroacetic acid in the prosence of phosphorous oxychloride under nitrogen atmosphor give α-chloro-3,4-dihydroxyacetophenone (1). Treatment of (1) with methylamine affored 4-methylamine salt (2), then converted to 3,4- dihydroxy-α-methylaminoacetophenone (3). The total yield of product based on the pyrocatechol was 92%.
