含鉬鈷鎳金屬擔體觸媒對一氧化碳甲烷化之催化作用

Catalytic Methanation of Carbon Monoxide over Supported Mo-Co-Ni Catalysts

摘要


利用密閉循環反應系統在300°C及常壓下探討含鉬-鈷-鎳金屬擔體觸媒對甲烷化反應之催化效能。鉬-鈷-鎳觸媒在部份硫化後活性減低,完全硫化則幾無活性。觸媒組成以(Co+Ni)/Mo=2時活性爲最佳,而隨鈷含量之增加有上升之趨勢。煆燒之溫度與時間對活性亦有影響;在低溫下,長時間之煆燒可得較好之活性。一氧化碳在觸媒表面解離吸附形成吸附元素碳後,與吸附氫作用而生成甲烷。二氧化碳則爲吸附氧與一氧化碳之反應產物。

The catalytic behaviors of Mo, Co, and Ni supported on γ-alumina have been investigated for the methanation of carbon monoxide with H_2, in a circulated reactor system at 300°K and ato-mospheric pressure. The catalytic activity of the prepared catalysts decreases after they were partially sulfided, and drop to zero when completely sulfided. The catalysts with composition of (Co+Ni)/Mo=2 show the excellent activity, and increase with increasing the content of cobalt. Temperature and time of calcination are also the main factors affecting the catalyst activity. From the experimental evidences, it is presumed that the adsorbed carbon on metal surface resulted from the dissociation of adsorbed carbon monoxide reacts with adsorbed hydrogeu to produce methane.
